this morning, one of the guys decided to get emotional about the pact that we’d made. right there in the hallway in front of everyone. called the rest of us out for not feeling like he did. i guess whatever item he got rid of must’ve been pretty heavy. sorry, dude. when i came up with the idea to deal with events from our pasts by literally burying something, i never said that that’d be it. i never said that we’d go out there one morning & by the next we’d be fixed. it was just supposed to be a thing that we did. a jumping off point if one wished to make it one. simple symbolism. look at me. i’ve already started running again. all i’m saying is you can handle how you move forward like a champ or you can handle it like a lil’ bitch.
