this morning #1681.
this morning, i headed to the bar nice & early so i could get a good seat for today’s games. don’t give a damn about any of the teams playing but watching the playoffs are always a hell of a time. people get WASTED. me…i’ll pick a team to root for, make a few bets & drink a bunch of brews. last year during the super bowl, i got snookered, hooked up & made two-hundred bucks on bets. the ol’ trifecta. so far this year, the playoffs have been a wash but we’ve got a few more weeks of games to go. maybe if i play my cards right, i can pull off a repeat of that day. that’d be sweet. i mean, the drunk part’s a given. the other two are a little bit trickier. sort of out of my control. i’ve got my fingers crossed though.
